Qualifications

• Experience in federal capture management, preferably with proposals exceeding $250M in total contract value.
• Demonstrated success supporting full-lifecycle pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle and government contracting best practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and analytical.
• Experience working with business development, proposal, and delivery teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proposal management experience or certification (APMP or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Momentum: Maintain a regular cadence of capture meetings, ensuring accountability, progress tracking, and alignment with milestones.
• Opportunity Positioning: Shape how Stagwell Government is perceived by customers and teaming partners.
• Research & Intelligence Gathering: Conduct deep-dive research into target agencies and trends.
• Win Strategy: Develop competitive win strategies with discriminator development.
• Solution Shaping: Collaborate to craft preliminary technical and staffing solutions.
• Proposal Readiness: Own pre-RFP readiness, compliance matrix, outlines, and resourcing planning.
• Teaming Support: Align partners and define roles/responsibilities post-Teaming Agreement.
• Proposal Support: Assist or lead proposal development when needed.
