Job summary

CACI is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive strategic growth across Federal Government, Defense, and Civilian markets. You will shape and win pursuits ranging from $10M-$50M+, including higher priority efforts potentially over $100M, collaborating with capture leaders, SMEs, consultants, and partners.

You will travel up to 10% for conferences and customer engagements, coordinating with internal teams to craft winning solutions and lead milestone reviews as opportunities are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five (5) years’ relevant capture/proposal experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional capture teams and shaping opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage captures within assigned markets.
• Develop capture strategies, teaming plans, and marketing content.
• Lead development of winning proposals including technical, management, staffing, and pricing aspects.
• Coordinate competitive assessments and customer engagements to shape opportunities.
