Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance (or higher).
• Demonstrated success in leading and winning competitive federal pursuits across DoD, IC, and/or Federal Civilian markets.
• Pricing strategy development across multiple contract types, including Basis of Estimate (BOE).
• Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process, FAR/DFARS, and competitive procurement environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture execution for large, complex federal pursuits valued at greater than $75M.
• Develop capture strategies tailored to federal customer requirements to align technical, operational, and security objectives.
• Drive opportunity shaping through customer engagement, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
• Build and maintain detailed customer profiles including mission priorities and decision cycles.
• Lead win strategy development covering technical, management, teaming, past performance, and price.
