Job summary

Engineering Excellence National Account seeks a General Manager to drive revenue, growth, and profitability across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You will oversee sales operations, execute strategies, and align with business objectives while upholding compliance and financial stewardship.

Lead a high-performing team, own forecasting, pricing, margins, and cost of sales; analyze P&L, improve average ticket size, service bundling, and close rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred for leadership.
• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of sales strategies across service lines.
• Own sales performance: revenue forecasting, pipeline health, pricing, margins.
• Set targets and KPIs to drive accountability and productivity.
• Analyze P&L, margin trends, and pricing models to ensure financial discipline.
• Develop programs to increase average ticket size, bundling, and close rates.
• Foster a high-performance, ethical sales culture with coaching and field support.
• Collaborate with field ops, finance, and marketing on customer experience and ROI.
