Job summary
Service Experts, a leading provider of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, seeks a General Manager of Sales to drive revenue growth and profitability. You will own sales strategy, forecast accuracy, pricing execution, margins, and the pipeline while ensuring strict compliance and ethical standards across the business.
The role requires 8+ years of sales leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and strong CRM proficiency.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in service industries.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record for revenue, margin, and KPI ownership.
- Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of sales strategies across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, pricing, margins and cost of sales.
- Set and manage performance targets and KPIs to drive accountability.
- Coach and develop high-performing sales teams and field support.
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, and operations to optimize customer experience and ROI.
- Ensure compliance and ethical sales practices across the organization.
