Job summary

Service Experts seeks a General Manager to lead revenue growth across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services, guiding sales operations, pricing, and compliance to deliver profitable, ethical performance. You will mentor teams, align field operations with finance and marketing, optimize ticket size, and drive CRM adoption while upholding high standards of customer experience and regulatory compliance.

This role requires 7–10+ years in field services leadership and an MBA or equivalent with

Qualifications

Degree in business/finance/marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
Progressive sales leadership experience in home services or consumer fields.
Strong forecasting, pricing and budgeting capabilities.
Knowledge of compliance and ethical sales practices.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of sales strategies for growth and profitability.
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, pricing, and margins.
Set targets and KPIs to drive accountability and productivity.
Analyze P&L and pricing trends to inform decisions.
Drive programs to increase ticket size, bundling, and conversions.
Foster an ethical, high-performance sales culture through coaching.
Collaborate with field ops, finance, and marketing on customer experience.
Promote CRM adoption and data-driven decision making.
Address compliance risks and manage investigations with HR/Legal.
Support talent acquisition and retention of top sales professionals.
