You will influence decisions with data, experiment with AI-driven solutions, and help optimize candidate experience while negotiating offers and closing top talent for a global company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, sourcing, or related field or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in talent acquisition or related field.
• Experience using HR systems is preferred.
• Client-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy and kickoff meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business needs, and timelines for moderately complex roles.
• Evaluates candidates for mid-level positions using skills assessments and behavioral interviewing; sources candidates when necessary.
• Addresses candidate concerns to enhance experience and strengthen employer brand.
• Maintains data accuracy in recruiting systems to support reliable reporting and compliance.
• Monitors progress against core delivery metrics to meet hiring demand.
