Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; required or preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting talent acquisition for technical roles.
• Experience with engineering/software/semiconductor recruiting.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
