Job summary

Parker Aerospace, a unit of Parker Hannifin Corporation, is seeking a procurement professional to manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and oversee purchasing activities. The role emphasizes sourcing, contract administration, and continuous improvement within aerospace programs.

The ideal candidate will have a BA in business, 6+ years in purchasing, and familiarity with CPM/APICS. Experience with EDI or MRP systems is a plus, and U.S. export compliance knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience six or more years in purchasing/procurement.
• CPM or APICS certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and selects suppliers, negotiates terms, and arranges delivery.
• Prepares statements of work and requests for quotation/proposal.
• Evaluates supplier proposals and negotiates price, delivery, and quality.
• Monitors supplier performance and implements corrective actions.
• Prepares complex reports and analyses from data trends.
• Ensures compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies.
