Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–15 years of leadership experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience in strategic space/occupancy planning and space data management.
• Experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of multiple regions for occupancy planning and management.
• Lead and manage a global occupancy planning team across three regions with clear metrics.
• Lead crisis response efforts during urgent account situations and ensure client confidence.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration across service lines.
