Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a senior leader to own the end-to-end global occupancy planning strategy and processes for its corporate office portfolio. You will manage a team, collaborate with Product and regional teams, and drive standardization to optimize space allocation and operational efficiency across 60+ countries.

The role requires strong strategic planning, analytical abilities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures.
Background in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
5+ years of property/asset/portfolio management or real estate financial analysis.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management, real estate, or related field.
Experience developing and implementing global strategies and systems across regions.

Responsibilities

Define and own the global occupancy planning strategy end-to-end from vision through design and execution.
Lead and develop a team to define and refine strategy and processes.
Drive global process standardization for a more efficient, scalable organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve KPIs and strategic objectives.
Synthesize inputs from internal customers to ensure global alignment.
Work with Product, UI/UX, and regional teams to inform product strategy.
Establish metrics to measure strategic impact and operational efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across the global portfolio.
