Job summary

JAS Forwarding USA, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the logistics team and drive strategic improvements across global markets.

The role focuses on establishing infrastructure, designing SOPs, and optimizing the end-to-end order cycle to support business development and sustainability. The position requires strong analytical, program management, and interpersonal skills, with experience in logistics operations and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the logistics team to achieve company targets
• Liaise with relevant parties for setting up logistics infrastructure in new global markets
• Develop and manage the logistics infrastructure, procedures, systems in new markets
• Design SOPs for new projects and ensure SOP compliance
• Manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and sustainability
• Set up and refine daily logistics operations and procedures
• Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Set up JAS's e-Commerce center and expand logistics business development to SPRC
