Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Executive to act as the SPOC for large, multi-location Arrow customers. You will drive strategic account plans, manage RFQs, and negotiate contracts while building executive relationships across departments.

You will coordinate with sales, services, and management to maximize margins, meet quotas, and deliver long-term value. A hybrid schedule and up to 30% travel support this high-visibility role with substantial commission

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in enterprise sales or account management.
• Building influential customer relationships with senior decision makers.
• Creating selling opportunities within strategic accounts and complex opportunities.
• Aerospace and Defense sector experience preferred.
• Experience working with distribution in complex major accounts.
• Hunter mentality with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Proficiency with data, SFDC, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Account management for large, multi-location Arrow customers with a strategic sales plan.
• Plan, manage and oversee RFQ activities and significant contracts.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships at manager, senior management and C-level levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (sales support, service, management) to meet objectives.
• Lead or participate in strategic account planning with mutual financial targets and milestones.
• Travel up to 30% as required and operate within a hybrid work model.
