Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Global/National Account Manager to serve as the single point of contact for large, multi-location Arrow customers. You will drive strategic account planning, manage RFQ activities, negotiate contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize margins and meet customer objectives.

You'll build relationships with senior leaders, lead strategic initiatives, and travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience including building influential customer relationships.
• Creating selling opportunities within specified strategic customer accounts.
• Experience with Aerospace and Defense customers strongly preferred.
• Experience working with distribution in complex major accounts.
• Hunter mentality.
• Proficiency with data, SFDC, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Excellent presentation skills are a must.
• P&L experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: creates selling opportunities within assigned critical, large, multi-location Arrow customers through a strategic sales plan; Leads strategic account planning with objectives and milestones; Executes on solutions selling leveraging Arrow supply chain solutions.
• Quotations and Contract Negotiations: plans and oversees RFQ activities; negotiates significant contracts; ensures information flow for contract renewals/negotiations.
• Relationships: develops relationships with senior managers and C-level executives; coordinates with suppliers and Arrow teams; leads projects as a best-practice resource.
