Amex Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) is seeking a Manager of Global Supplier Partnerships to lead end-to-end hotel supplier management, from contract negotiation to program development. You will report to the Senior Director of Global Hotel Commercial and help drive value for travelers, suppliers, and the company.

The role demands a strategic, data-driven negotiator with deep hotel contract knowledge, cross-functional collaboration skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written/verbal); multilingual a plus
• Commercial, data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic skills
• Proven negotiator with a track record of structuring and closing strong agreements/deals
• Strong problem-solving skills; excels in ambiguity and under pressure
• Deep knowledge of hotels, hotel agreements, and the broader travel supplier landscape
• Working knowledge of revenue management and travel tech platforms (GDS, POS, booking tools)
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills across all levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and remotely, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments; flexible to travel domestically/internationally

Responsibilities

• Negotiate Strategic Agreements: Develop and execute profitable hotel supplier contracts delivering value
• Accelerate Revenue Growth: Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities with suppliers
• Execute Value Delivery: Operationalize supplier value propositions and strategies
• Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Build strong supplier relationships through innovative engagement
• Monitor & Forecast Performance: Analyse portfolio metrics and revenue forecasts with Global Revenue Management
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate across Traveler Care, Client Management, Sales, Revenue Management, Meetings & Events, and GBP teams
