Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) is seeking a strategic Manager of Global Hotel Partnerships to drive revenue through hotel supplier agreements and end-to-end supplier management, including our Hotel Growth Initiative. You will negotiate profitable contracts, forecast performance, and build strategic partnerships with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Commercial, data-driven mindset with strategic thinking.
• Proven negotiator with track record of closing strong hotel agreements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity under pressure.
• Deep knowledge of hotels and hotel agreements within travel supplier landscape.
• Familiarity with revenue management and travel tech platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Able to manage multiple projects remotely and autonomously.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate strategic hotel supplier contracts delivering value while meeting Amex GBT objectives.
• Identify and implement incremental revenue opportunities with existing and prospective suppliers.
• Operationalize supplier value propositions and ensure commitments are realized.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic supplier relationships with innovative engagement approaches.
• Analyze portfolio metrics and forecast revenue in coordination with Global Revenue Management.
• Collaborate across departments and regions to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
