Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Manager of GSP within Global Business Partnerships to lead end-to-end supplier management, including contract negotiation and growth initiatives for hotel suppliers.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Hotel Commercial, you will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Traveler Care, Client Management, Sales, Revenue Management, Meetings & Events, and GBP teams to maximize value for travellers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; written and verbal.
• Proven track record in negotiating hotel supplier contracts.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Knowledge of hotels and hotel agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate strategic hotel supplier contracts delivering value for stakeholders.
• Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities with suppliers.
• Execute value delivery and ensure business development commitments.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Monitor portfolio metrics and develop revenue forecasts with Revenue Management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Traveler Care, Client Management, Sales, Meetings & Events, and GBP teams.
