Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Manager of Global Hotel Partnerships to lead end-to-end supplier management, including contract negotiation and business development, to drive revenue growth.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage strategic partnerships, and forecast performance while negotiating profitable hotel supplier agreements that align with our commercial objectives. This role reports to the Senior Director and requires strong negotiation and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written/verbal). Multilingual a plus.
• Commercial, data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Proven negotiator with a track record of structuring and closing strong agreements.
• Strong problem-solving skills; excels in ambiguity and under pressure.
• Deep knowledge of hotels, hotel agreements, and the travel supplier landscape.
• Working knowledge of revenue management and travel tech platforms (GDS, POS, booking tools).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication across all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and remotely with Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate strategic hotel supplier contracts that deliver value while advancing commercial objectives.
• Identify, develop, and drive incremental revenue opportunities with suppliers.
• Operationalize supplier value propositions and ensure commitments are realized.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships through innovative engagement strategies.
• Analyze portfolio metrics and develop revenue forecasts with the Global Revenue Management team.
• Collaborate across departments and regions to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
