Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager to lead complex contract drafting, redlining, and end-to-end lifecycle management within a global procurement team.

You will collaborate with Global Category Managers, Legal, Finance and IT to accelerate RFPs and ensure compliance across MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements. Hybrid work, Denver location, strong contract operations focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or strategic sourcing within a global procurement organization.
• Proven track record of managing global agreements and partnering with Legal teams to navigate international laws/regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft & Redline: lead drafting, review, and redlining of complex global supplier agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS).
• Risk Mitigation: ensure contracts align with legal, financial, risk management, and compliance policies.
• CLM Stewardship: own the Contract Lifecycle Management tool, maintain metadata, milestones, and renewal alerts.
• Sourcing Collaboration: partner with Global Vendor Management, Enterprise Program and Transformation, Legal, Finance, IT, and business units through S2P.
• Business Alignment: attend stakeholder meetings to translate objectives into contractual structures.
• Performance Monitoring: support monitoring of supplier compliance and SLAs.
• Dispute Resolution: escalate contractual disputes with global suppliers.
