Aston Carter is seeking a Procurement Lead based in Denver, CO for a contract role. The position oversees procurement processes, coordinates vendor engagements, and drives bid activities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

You will manage end-to-end procurement, issue RFB/RFP/RFQ, coordinate bid evaluation and documentation, and act as buyer expeditor to monitor POs and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in procurement and sourcing fundamentals.
• Ability to independently run an RFP/sourcing event from strategy through contracting.
• Understanding of energy/power concepts (kW vs MW).
• Experience in contract administration and varied contract structures.
• Ability to manage suppliers and contractors and resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end procurement aligned with project requirements.
• Develop and issue bids (RFB/RFP/RFQ) to qualified vendors.
• Coordinate bid process, prepare documents, support evaluation and documentation.
• Act as Buyer Expeditor, monitor POs, track supplier performance, resolve delays.
• Maintain procurement and bid records within internal systems.
• Collaborate with project management, finance, and legal teams as needed.
