Arrow Electronics seeks a Supplier Business Manager - IP&E to lead supplier strategy and growth across global accounts. You will build influential relationships, drive market initiatives, and ensure execution of regional and global sales plans to maximize Arrow's revenue with key suppliers.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership, IP&E experience, and strong use of data analytics; international travel is expected and a hybrid office arrangement in Panorama Denver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or an engineering related field.
• MBA preferred for higher leadership roles.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressively increasing business leadership experience.
• Experience within the IP&E product portfolio.
• Knowledge of semiconductor technology preferred.
• Global marketing and revenue growth experience desired.
• Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Data-driven with using analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Set supplier strategy and long-term growth plans for assigned suppliers.
• Establish go-to-market initiatives with supplier business units to drive growth.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to grow sales and market share.
• Oversee global execution of business and sales plans.
• Provide direction to regional supplier development managers.
• Collaborate to achieve regional and global goals and initiatives.
• Unify Arrow capabilities to maximize revenue and executive alignment.
• Drive global supplier processes and operational excellence.
• Market supplier technologies with technical teams.
• Lead regional/global reviews with suppliers (QBRs).
• Manage competitive intelligence to position Arrow as a top distributor.
