Job summary

Nomad Global Communications Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Sourcing & Contracting Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract documentation, and compliance oversight. You will drive supplier market research, RFQ/RFP activities, and performance reviews to ensure timely, accurate, and defensible recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or related manufacturing support functions.
• Proven track record of supplier negotiation, cost improvement, supplier evaluation, and contract administration.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP activity, supplier selection, supplier performance reviews, and sourcing recommendations.
• Associate degree is required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic sourcing direction and decision criteria for supplier initiatives.
• Lead and coach team for supplier market research, RFQ/RFP execution, bid analysis, and category strategies.
• Review and approve supplier selections and recommendations within delegated authority.
• Establish supplier portfolio strategies and direct cost-reduction and risk-mitigation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Quality, and Project Management to align supply chain efforts.
