Job summary

HP is seeking a Senior Manager Procurement – Contracts to lead a global team responsible for securing supplier agreements and governance across Direct, Indirect, and Logistics spend. This role shapes strategy, negotiates critical contracts, and drives risk management to enable HP’s business objectives and supply continuity.

You will partner with Procurement, Legal, and business leaders to resolve complex issues, advance standards, and accelerate adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10+ years in supplier contracting or contract management.
• Deep expertise in contracting, lifecycle management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Contracts team, translating procurement strategies into supplier agreements.
• Refine strategy, operating model, and priorities for HP’s global Contracts function.
• Lead the resolution of complex negotiations, disputes, and escalations with significant risk.
• Ensure disciplined execution of contracting strategies and obligations.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, and business leaders to resolve complex issues.
• Strengthen contracting capabilities by advancing standards, processes, and digital tools.
• Lead team planning, talent development, and capability building for a high-performing global team.
