Arrow Electronics seeks a Senior Product and Pricing Manager to define and execute a multi-year product strategy across global business groups. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and the C-Suite to prioritize requirements and drive customer value.

The role involves pricing strategy, supplier partnerships, and identifying opportunities that accelerate growth. You’ll manage cross-regional teams (Americas and Europe) and oversee specialized procurement in A&D to ensure supply chain integrity

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Account Management.
• Experience managing pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and stock rotation programs.
• People management experience including recruiting and performance reviews.
• Ability to translate complex technical data into executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Roadmap: define and execute multi-year product strategy for dedicated business groups.
• Cross-functional and executive leadership: align with Sales, Marketing, and C-Suite stakeholders.
• Market analytics & pricing strategy: develop pricing models and revenue-maximizing plans.

• Specialized A&D procurement: oversee pricing specialists for niche suppliers.
