DSV is seeking a Manager, Client Services in the USA to oversee day-to-day management of key global accounts and drive client satisfaction. You will partner with Sales to support the global strategy and align operations with client requirements through cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of related management experience.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in additional languages preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of key/global accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales to align global strategy and oversee operational performance.
• Identify IT/EDI needs and ensure systems meet client demands; support account development.
• Recruit, place and train personnel; review performance for policy and work-scope compliance.
