IDEXX is seeking a Corporate Accounts PMO Leader who will own a portfolio of strategic programs, enterprise engagements, eProcurement initiatives, and learning programs with our largest customer relationships. Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of program or project management experience with people leadership.
• Experience leading strategic, customer-facing programs for large or enterprise accounts.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans, governance, and executive communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence with executives and cross-functional teams.
• A bias toward action with proven ability to drive results at scale.
• Instinctive player-coach mentality; hands-on with strategic initiatives while developing your team.
• Experience with change management, product launches, enablement, or skill development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO portfolio with business case support, prioritization, communication, and execution.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team of project and program managers.
• Set goals, objectives, and plans with senior leaders.
• Ensure detailed program plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and metrics.
• Drive cross-functional program execution across global initiatives within budget.
• Establish governance structures, milestones, and progress-tracking mechanisms.
• Maintain proactive risk management and issue resolution with executive updates.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and transparent communication throughout the lifecycle.
