IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Accounts PMO Leader to own the portfolio of strategic programs and enterprise engagements that grow our largest customer relationships.

You will lead cross-functional teams through complex, global initiatives in a highly matrixed environment, balancing executive influence with solid program management fundamentals. Formación

• 7-10+ years of program or project management experience, including people leadership, ideally within a matrixed, global organization.
• Track record leading strategic, customer-facing programs for large or enterprise accounts.
• Comfort translating ambiguity and complexity into structured plans, governance, and clear executive communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills; you build trust quickly with executives, customers, and cross-functional teams alike.
• Bias toward action with proven ability to drive results and hold teams accountable at scale.
• Instinctive player-coach mentality: hands-on with strategic initiatives where required, while steering and developing your team of project and program managers.
• Experience with change management, ideally connected to product launches, enablement, or skill development programs.
• Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, balancing stakeholders, customer focus, managing complexity and ambiguity, building effective teams, and financial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PMO portfolio through strong business case support, prioritization, communication, and execution.
• Lead and develop a team of high-performing project and program managers.
• Guide project managers and partner with senior leaders to set program goals, objectives, and plans.
• Ensure detailed program plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and performance metrics.
• Drive cross-functional teams through execution of complex global programs with adherence to objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Establish governance structures, milestones, and progress-tracking mechanisms.
• Oversee program risk with proactive identification and mitigation strategies.
• Keep stakeholders and executives informed through regular status updates and risk reporting.
• Build and sustain relationships with executives, project managers, team members, and external partners.
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure collaboration throughout the lifecycle.
• Direct timely updates, resolve conflicts, and address issues with your team as partners.
• Work with functional leaders to secure and allocate resources for program success.
• Ensure utilization of internal and external teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Lead post-completion reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvements.
• Champion best practices, process enhancements (including AI-assisted and automated), and tools for program management and delivery.
• Foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team and organization.
