Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Enterprise Software Account Manager to lead software adoption and growth for Corporate Veterinary Groups.

You will drive account plans, influence decisions at the C-suite level, and coordinate with product, implementation, and support to deliver strategic software programs that align with customer and IDEXX goals. You will serve as the day-to-day contact for strategic accounts, build lasting partnerships, and oversee large-scale software rollouts,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in strategic, enterprise, or key account management sales.
• Software or SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives.
• Clear, effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned corporate and strategic accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor to develop, support, strengthen, and grow accounts.
• Develop partnerships across the C-suite and software decision makers.
• Partner with customers to create business programs that grow both IDEXX and the customer.
• Coordinate with product, implementation, marketing, and support to meet customer needs.
