Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain management, shipping, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; industry certifications are an advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing strategic customer relationships in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for strategic customers, building relationships across organizational levels.
• Lead customer strategic initiatives, special projects, and integration of new opportunities.
• Advise as a strategic supply-chain consultant to improve customer performance with integrated logistics solutions.
• Establish and monitor CSFs and KPIs with customers and Program Management teams.
• Drive expansion of Maersk’s integrated logistics portfolio across multiple service areas.
• Monitor account profitability, support contract renewals, and contribute to growth of strategic relationships.
• Lead through influence across multiple internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.
