ELECTRO SWITCH GROUP in Weymouth, MA, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across the company. You will develop local and national plans, source candidates, conduct prescreens, coordinate interviewing, and partner with managers to hire top talent.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR or business, at least five years in recruitment, strong relationship building, excellent communication, and the ability to travel for campus events and meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process across business units.
• Lead creation of recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions.
• Efficiently fill open positions and monitor effectiveness with managers.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Utilize social media platforms for recruiting.
• Conduct prescreens and maintain applicant/interview data.
• Coordinate campus recruitment activities within the United States.
• Partner on other projects as assigned.
