Job summary

ELECTRO SWITCH BUSINESS TRUST is seeking a Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting across the organization, developing local and national plans and using traditional sourcing plus creative ideas to attract top talent.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will partner with managers, create interviewing plans, prescreen candidates, conduct background checks, and maintain candidate data while ensuring recruitment is compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Proven sourcing and relationship building skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel for recruitment meetings/campus recruitment as needed.
• Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Ability to be flexible and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process across the organization.
• Lead the creation of recruiting and interviewing plans.
• Efficiently fill open positions and track progress.
• Regularly follow up with managers to gauge plan effectiveness.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Utilize social media platforms for recruiting.
• Communicate with managers to source new candidates.
• Conduct prescreens and post-screen meetings.
• Maintain all applicant and interview data.
• Assist with reference and background checks.
• Lead campus recruitment activities within the United States.
• Partner/lead other projects as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
