• Experience recruiting electrical, software, controls, and systems engineering professionals.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices with judgment to maintain confidentiality and consistent hiring records.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring.
• Strong computer and administrative skills; ADP HRIS experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and selection for engineering roles.
• Proactively source and recruit candidates, and partner with third-party agencies to identify top talent.
• Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies for specialized engineering profiles.
• Support engineering searches across electrical, software, controls, and energy storage-related talent needs.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and assess fit against job requirements and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members for onsite and remote interviews.
• Maintain an internal candidate tracker and hiring log for accurate reporting.
• Negotiate and send formal offers to selected candidates.
• Coordinate with the HR Generalist at Vertech HQ to support onboarding for new hire candidates, including first day details.
• Support HR team needs with other duties as required

• Ability to work well under pressure, manage interruptions, and adjust priorities while maintaining confidentiality of HR matters
• Strong ability to interface with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• ADP HRIS experience preferred
