Job summary

DTN (Data Transmission Network) is seeking a collaborative Recruiter to join the Talent Attraction team in a hybrid capacity based in Dallas, TX. You will own full-cycle recruiting across technology, product, sales, and operations, building diverse pipelines and guiding candidates from sourcing to offer.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, data-driven process improvements, and partnership with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Modern sourcing techniques beyond standard job boards.
• Fluency with a modern recruiting tech stack and CRM, Workday ATS preferred.
• Experience building diverse candidate pools in US employment practices.
• Ability to track funnel metrics and keep stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles.
• Source, screen, and guide candidates through interview stages to offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles and pipeline health.
• Ensure prompt, world-class candidate communications and onboarding handoffs.
• Maintain data hygiene in the ATS and optimize recruitment workflows.
• Represent DTN’s value proposition to prospective hires and manage offers.
