Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, building pipelines and engaging passive candidates. You’ll partner with hiring managers and act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, field service, or technical roles preferred
• Proficiency with ATS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload with discipline and urgency

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-priority roles before the req opens
• Source aggressively through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, campus events and direct passive outreach
• Act as a brand ambassador representing DuraServ to candidates
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle using ADP Workforce Now
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and maintain timelines and market feedback
• Fill roles with urgency and precision, targeting under 40 days for priority positions
