Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to serve as the operational engine of our Talent Attraction function in a fast-growing environment. You will execute full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, build and sustain candidate pipelines, and deliver a professional hiring experience from application through offer.

Partnering with hiring managers, you will source and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure accurate recruiting documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience executing full-cycle recruitment across multiple requisitions.
• Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple searches, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and candidate profiles.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate and team communication.
• Drive timely feedback, decisions, and next steps; maintain hiring momentum.
