Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from strategy to offer. You’ll build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to close hires fast in a high-demand market.

This on-site role at DuraServ’s Coppell, TX office requires 4+ years of experience in full-cycle TA, recruiting commission-based sales professionals, and strong ATS skills, including ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, field service, or technical roles preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-priority roles.
• Source aggressively via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, campus events, and direct outreach.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle using ADP Workforce Now—posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and set expectations.
• Fill roles with urgency and maintain candidate experience and quality.
