Job summary

Revive Infrastructure Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding across our Midwest and Northwest markets. You will partner with CHRO and hiring managers to attract, screen, and hire top talent for field, office, and professional roles in a nationwide scope.

You will maintain ATS data integrity, drive onboarding programs, and contribute to HR process improvements while supporting recruitment marketing as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing onboarding processes for multi-location workforces and offices.
• Familiarity with EEO/OFCCP, I-9 administration, and employment law fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 20–30 positions annually across field/construction and office roles nationwide.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job postings, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach; build a proactive talent pipeline.
• Screen and interview candidates; coordinate scheduling and debriefs with teams.
• Develop structured interview guides and standard selection criteria for legal defensibility.
• Oversee offer process including compensation recommendations and candidate communications.
