Job summary

Revivn, a fast-growing technology company in New York, is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent team. You will own full-cycle recruiting across executive, GTM, operations, engineering, and more, balancing high volume with quality and partnering closely with hiring managers to define great roles.

You’ll source via LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse, manage a robust pipeline of candidates, and help raise the bar for how we hire as Revivn grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across a variety of functions and levels, from operational to senior-level roles.
• Managed a high volume of open roles and prioritized competing searches while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Sourcing and engaging passive candidates; experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and an ATS such as Greenhouse.
• Thrives in a growing, changing environment with proactive communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting. Manage searches from kickoff through close across executive, GTM, operations, facilities, engineering, product, finance, and more.
• Build your own pipeline using LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, referrals, cold outreach, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, craft strong job descriptions, and inform throughout the process.
• Be a thought partner who understands Revivn and guides leaders on what they actually need.
• Create a great candidate experience by building relationships, moving quickly, and communicating clearly.
• Raise the hiring bar by identifying candidates with the skills, mindset, and values for Revivn long term.
• Create a Culture of Recruiting by building networks and driving referrals across the organization.
