Revivn, a fast-growing company in the end-of-life software space, is seeking a Recruiter who owns searches end-to-end for executive, GTM, engineering, operations, and more. You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and move quickly to close exceptional talent while maintaining high standards.

You’ll work with leaders to raise the bar on who we hire and how we hire as Revivn grows. Expect a visible, high-impact role with comprehensive benefits and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Ability to manage a high volume of open roles while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through close across multiple functions.
• Build pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and creative sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and search strategies.
• Be a thought partner to leadership and drive candidate experience.
• Raise the hiring bar and foster a culture of recruiting across the org.
