Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate, in-house recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to recruit for technical roles with credibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, IT, Product, Marketing and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage candidate experience and guide interview processes to hire top talent.
• Leverage data and reporting to improve pipeline health and decisions.
