Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Consultant - Talent Acquisition Intermediate to partner with customers and manage the full recruiting process across roles. You will post positions, review applicants, schedule interviews, select candidates, complete pre-hire activities, and ensure a smooth first day.

The role applies basic total rewards concepts to align compensation, and supports workforce planning and passive candidate sourcing strategies, with collaboration across leaders and the Talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, or equivalent years of experience.
• Knowledge of compensation structures and internal/external candidate hire guidelines.
• Knowledge of HR regulations (FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Knowledge in passive sourcing approaches, tools, and technologies.
• Experience implementing sourcing strategies and process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and using an applicant tracking system; 3-5 years in a matrixed organization; healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with internet sourcing and recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide talent acquisition support for assigned customers.
• Manage a comprehensive recruiting process: posting, reviewing applicants, interviewing, candidate selections, pre-hire prep, and onboarding.
• Apply total rewards concepts to ensure compensation packages are market-competitive.
• Assist with workforce planning analysis and guide leaders in selecting talent.
• Provide project management support, especially for passive candidate sourcing strategies.
