Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle corporate and/or agency recruiting experience across functions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong expertise in recruitment marketing, sourcing, social recruiting and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions and levels, including complex roles.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using traditional and emerging channels.
• Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to forecast talent needs and plan workforce needs.
• Ensure a compliant, efficient selection process and exceptional candidate experience.
• Drive continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and best practices.
• Promote consistent hiring and onboarding practices across the organization.
• Utilize metrics and market data to assess recruiting effectiveness and report insights.
• Mentor recruiters and interview teams on best practices and interviewing techniques.
• Maintain best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout recruitment.
