Job summary

LaunchPad Home Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple brands. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

The role supports multiple brands with a fast pace and requires relationship-building with hiring managers and HR partners. 3–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting and a degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments
• Experience recruiting in service industries or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple open roles across brands while maintaining candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for entry to mid-level roles across LaunchPad brands
• Build proactive talent pipelines for high-demand positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines
• Keep candidates informed and prepared throughout the process
• Collaborate with HR to spot internal mobility opportunities and retention
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest better sourcing tools and methods
