Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our multi-location organization. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

You will manage the full cycle from requisitions to onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience. Two years of high-volume recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent experience managing high-volume recruitment for a large organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with the iCIMS Talent Platform, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leading job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with Corporate and Regional HR teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and achieve recruitment objectives.
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates while maintaining a strong pipeline of talent.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Provide weekly recruitment status reports to leadership with updates on requisitions.
• Maintain candidate and requisition information in iCIMS.
• Ensure recruiting/hiring practices comply with laws and company policies.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support additional HR initiatives and other HR duties as assigned.
