LaunchPad Home Group is a growing family of home inspection and home services brands, and we're looking for a Corporate Recruiter who genuinely enjoys the work of finding great people.
This is a full-cycle recruiting role, which means you're not just posting jobs and waiting for applications to roll in. You're sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, prepping offers, and helping new hires get off to a strong start, all while managing multiple open roles across different brands at the same time.
If you've recruited in high-volume environments before, especially in service industries, skilled trades, or other customer-facing fields, you'll recognize the pace here right away. We move fast because our business is growing fast, and we need a recruiter who can keep up without losing sight of the candidate experience or the hiring manager relationship.
LaunchPad Home Group brings together independent home services and home inspection brands under one umbrella, sharing resources, systems, and support while letting each brand keep its own identity. We're an employee-first company, which shows up in real ways: strong benefits and genuine investment in career growth.
If you're a recruiter who likes rolling up your sleeves, building real relationships, and helping teams grow across a family of brands, we'd like to talk to you.
