Job summary

The Food Source International, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and evaluate candidates, and streamline the hiring process for hourly, professional, technical, administrative, sales, and leadership roles across multiple company locations. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, experience using ATS and LinkedIn, and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across multiple positions and locations.
• Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles.
• Experience using ATS, online job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
• Experience interviewing and partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience building candidate pipelines for difficult roles.
• Experience recruiting in food manufacturing or related industries preferred.
• Experience with staffing agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions and departments.
• Meet with hiring managers to clarify requirements and qualifications.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions and postings.
• Post roles across job boards, networks, and ATS.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and partnerships.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess fit and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and teams.
• Develop interview questions and evaluation tools with HR and managers.
• Provide timely updates and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate communications throughout the process.
• Perform reference checks and prepare offers for approval.
• Support pre-employment screenings and onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting records in ATS and generate progress reports.
• Build pipelines for recurring roles and partner with schools and organizations.
