Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, source candidates, and move the process from posting to offer and pre-employment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruiting experience, strong interviewing skills, and familiarity with ATS/HRIS. You should be able to handle multiple openings and maintain confidence and discretion throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience managing the full recruiting process from requisition through offer.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and holding the process accountable when needed.
• Experience using an ATS and/or HRIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with appropriate judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across the organization.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand the position, required skills, experience, and hiring priorities.
• Post positions and manage job advertisements across appropriate recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and determine which candidates meet the basic requirements of the position.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
• Work with hiring managers to keep interviews, feedback, and decisions moving forward.
• Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate applicant information and recruiting activity in the ATS/HRIS.
• Follow up on open requisitions and identify areas where additional recruiting activity is needed.
• Help ensure candidates have a professional and consistent experience throughout the hiring process.
