Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a recruiting professional to support the full lifecycle of hiring for corporate positions. You will source, screen, interview, test and profile candidates while assisting with background checks and relocation issues as required.

You will partner with hiring managers to craft recruiting strategies, educate teams on labor market trends and ensure compliant, timely hiring across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• Three years of full life-cycle recruiting and interviewing experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, advertising, screening, testing and interviewing.
• Maintains applicant workflow within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Sours qualified diverse candidates using various resources (web, schools, communities, networking).
• Partners with hiring managers to identify recruiting strategies for openings.
• Recruits for higher level jobs and provides recruiting metrics and reports.
