Job summary

Operation Support Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to fill open positions by identifying qualified candidates across LinkedIn and other channels. The recruiter will define hiring criteria, source candidates, and contact potential hires with information about roles.

The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator with a background in human resources and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role requires coordinating the full hiring process and maintaining a candidate network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience as a Recruiter or Hiring Specialist.
Familiarity with interview types (structured, competency-based, stress, etc).
Experience with conducting interviews and background checks.
Experience with sourcing tools and techniques.
Knowledge of ATS and HR databases.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and legislation.
Excellent time management with ability to prioritize projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all stages of the hiring process and recruiting strategy.
Create and update job descriptions, requirements, and objectives.
Research potential hires on resume databases and portfolio sites.
Reach out to candidates via phone and email and follow up with regular communication.
Build a network of contacts and potential candidates.
Place ads and write copy for open positions.
