Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC. is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle talent acquisition for corporate, field operations, franchise sales, warehouse, and specialty-food positions across multiple markets.

You will convert approved headcount into accurate requisitions, create sourcing plans, and manage onboarding handoffs while maintaining Paylocity as the recruiting system of record. The role partners with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to meet workforce priorities, ensure compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Three to five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and ATS administration.
• Experience recruiting a mix of professional, field, sales, operations, warehouse, food service, retail, hospitality, franchise, or distribution roles.
• Experience with multi-state recruiting, staffing agencies, and Paylocity or a comparable ATS preferred; PHR/SHRM-CP or recruiting certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership and department heads to define role scope, compensation, interview ownership, and start dates before launch.
• Open and manage only fully approved requisitions with proper job descriptions and budget alignment.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding handoff, including offers and background checks.
• Build sourcing strategies using job boards, direct outreach, referrals, social media, events, and talent pipelines.
• Recruit for both professional and high-volume roles across multiple locations and markets.
• Screen candidates against requirements, present evidence-based recommendations, and coordinate feedback with interview teams.
• Prepare offer documents within approved parameters and coordinate references and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate records in Paylocity and deliver regular recruiting reports and insights.
